Practical notes for booking a room in a shared working farmhouse on Clare Island.

Before confirming your stay

Bookings are currently confirmed directly by phone or WhatsApp.

Call or WhatsApp the farmhouse with your preferred dates, number of guests, and room preference.

Guests book individual rooms in a shared farmhouse. Clare Island Farmhouse is not a hotel and not a private whole-house rental.

Only Room 1 has a private en suite bathroom. Rooms 2, 3, and 4 use shared bathroom facilities.

Self-serve breakfast is included. Guests have access to shared farmhouse spaces including the kitchen and sitting room.

Wi-Fi is available at the farmhouse.

Pets are by prior arrangement. Please call ahead before bringing a pet.

Before travelling, check current ferry times and arrival arrangements. Do not assume normal guest car ferry availability.
